Commitment to Smallholder Farmers

CMS collaborates with small producers in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and related businesses to improve the standard of living for disadvantaged individuals. Our goal is to empower smallholder farmers and enable development partners to support prosperous and resilient small producers across the country. We focus on co-creating business solutions that benefit both small producers and businesses while effectively engaging the market. One of our significant projects is the 3-Fold Model. This approach works towards empowering smallholder farmers by helping them work on five main value chains from start to finish, providing them with six essential, tailored services. Through 29 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), this program supports over 70,000 small and marginal farmers in six states.
